Delivery all across USA
Most items will be shipped First Class via USPS with a tracking number provided. Heavier items will be shipped via UPS.
Same-Day & Next-Day Delivery
This service is automatic for any items in stock from orders within the state of New Hampshire.
Returns
Returns are accepts for any items that are in unused condition with packaging and tags still attached. Return shipping is at customers expense unless the item received was not what was ordered and was an error on our part.
How do I track my order?
Check your email for tracking link after your order has been placed.
Do I have to pay shipping for my return items?
If what you received was not our mistake...Yes. You may choose whatever carrier you wish to ship your item back to us.
Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order and receive a refund for any order placed that has not yet shipped.
What do I do if my package has been lost or damaged?
Contact us and we will contact the shipping carrier. If the carrier has lost the item we will send you a new one.
How long will it take for my return to be processed?
Once the returned items reaches us, we will process the refund within 5-10 business days.
